Cancellations can be costly

Dear holiday-makers and travellers, we would love to host you at our Karoo resort.  However, it is always a letdown when our visitors book and pay in such an excitement, just to end up having to cancel and realise that they will forfeit all or part of their deposit.  Although it is not always possible, please eliminate all negligence on your part and confirm your holiday period before booking with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN & OUT OF SEASON

In the case of cancellation of your booking REGARDLESS OF REASON, the following terms apply:

  • Between  0 – 3 days before arrival you forfeit the deposit paid.
  • Between 4 – 15 days before arrival you forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
  • Between 16 – 29 days before arrival you forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.
  • An administration fee of R100.00 will be charged on all refunds.
  • For cancellations longer than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of R100.00 only will be charged.

Die volgende voorwaardes geld:

  • Tussen 0 – 3 dae voor aankomsdatum verbeur u, u volle deposito.
  • Tussen 4 -15 dae voor aankomsdatum  verbeur u 50% van u deposito.
  • Tussen 16 -29 dae voor aankomsdatum verbeur u 25% van u deposito.
  • ‘n R100.00 administrasie fooi sal gehef word op alle terugbetalings.
  • Vir kansellasies langer as 30 dae voor aankomsdatum, word alleenlik ‘n R100.00  administrasie fooi gehef.

 

EXCEPTION TO THE ABOVE POLICY:  PANDEMIC

During a pandemic, the following voucher-protocol will be followed:  No refunds of money will be made during the time of the pandemic.  Only vouchers will be given out.
